really need Spanish language media to listen to or watch so I can improve my comprehension. can anyone suggest some films, podcasts, movies, etc? if it’s visual media, subtitles are preferred. a lot of visual media in my language is subtitled and while I’m not completely reliant on them it helps make connections in my head for grammar that I’m struggling with. hoping the same will apply for me and Spanish?

I hope this doesn’t come across as rude because I really don’t want that, but Google is your best friend, get on it. Spanish-language media is VAST, use Google to find resources. Simply typing in “podcasts sobre (topic)”, you’ll find so much stuff. Cuba and the Cuban diaspora are extremely prolific, too, so you’ll find anything. Argentinian film is really good, and Spain has some high quality TV shows but I don’t know how easily you can find them online.

yeah def remaking soon lol. I’ve had this blog too long (for a year now I think) and I wanna make something less personal. gonna remake when I find a theme I’m happy with and then ya boy is ouuuut. in the mean time, is there a way to archive this blog and my side blogs if I chose to delete?

Goldenvoice and FYF will throw a Four Tet-curated party on April 30th at the Shrine Expo Hall.
Last time Kieran Hebden visited LA, he played a six-hour set at Lot 613. The promoters behind Coachella and FYF Fest have now given him the reins for a party at the 6,300-capacity Shrine Expo Hall, allowing him to book close associates Floating Pointsand Daphni, as well as Hessle Audio man Ben UFO. Four Tet has also managed to lock-in the Beat Konducta, Madlib, for an opening set. The night is meant to replicate the all nighters Four Tet throws at the O2 Brixton Academy in London with similar lineups.
